Breathe Slow & Low should be used at the first signs of an impending panic attack by rubbing onto pulse points and the back of the neck, across the chest and breathing in the scent. Breathe Slow and Low can also be used as an inhalant by putting a few drops into steaming water and inhaling the steam
- Undiluted – dilute to 3% or less in a suitable carrier oil.
- Ready to use is a 3% dilution in Grapeseed (Vitis vinifera) and Jojoba (Simmondsia chinensis) Carrier Oil
- On request, 3% dilution in Sweet Almond (Prunus amygdalus var. dulcis) and Jojoba (Simmondsia chinensis) Carrier Oil.
